Hi! I’m Madison (Maddie) Schony. I’m currently going into my 3rd and senior year of my undergraduate degree with a major in psychology and a minor in Spanish.
I participate in multiple research projects as I work toward receiving a Ph.D. in psychology. I am participating in SUSP this summer as well as being involved in PEDL and an RA during the upcoming school year.
When I’m not researching, performing RA duties, or doing coursework, I enjoy being outdoors: camping, hiking, and nature walks are among my favorite activities. I also enjoy being crafty, including pressing flowers and scrap-booking.
Feel free to browse my site to see all that I have to offer.
No man ever steps in the same river twice, for it's not the same river and he's not the same man
I am currently working on Anxiety and Ethical Behaviors with my faculty supervisor, Kameko Halfmann, Ph.D. in SUSP at the University of Wisconsin - Platteville. I will present pilot study findings at WSTS in July. My research will continue in the fall with student participants on the UWP campus.
More information, including the poster on the pilot data, is available under the blog tab or in this specific post.
Below are pictures of my previous and current work. For more information on the current psychology research I am conducting, please feel free to personally contact me or look into the information below for a little bit more background.
